I went to this place for this first time today and can say I am very disappointed and upset.. . I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and the results were less then satisfactory… once I came home I realised not all hair at the top was threaded and the eyebrows are not even… the tint is not done properly- when I was in the shop
She told me she can’t tint my skin where the hair is not there.. even thoe I specifically said the eyebrows are not even before she did her job.. she also had the cheek to charge me extra 30p because I paid by card after knowing how disappointed I was with the result.. never again and would
Not recommend. Will have to go to another place and sort them out.. 07.09.2022

Jal is a very kind woman who did my eyebrows threading and tinting and did a great job with the former. However, just 1 day later, I saw the tint fading so I went back to the salon. There is a lady who sits in the front desk who was the rudest person I've met. Zero customer service skills, basic human decency and courtesy. Jal was busy with a client so she asked her to re-do my tint to which she said "I don't want to do it." It is 100% valid not to want to work on someone else's client, but there is a nicer way to say it. Jal then told me that the tint is only for the eyebrow hairs and not to fill patches, which she didnt tell me during my service, which if I had known, I wouldn't have gotten. Regardless, she was very kind and re-did the tint free of charge. But I will never forget the rude front desk lady.

I got my nails polished (gel) and after over 3 weeks, my nails are still impeccable ! Usually they start deteriorating in less than 2 weeks! I am really pleased and will come back for sure!

I come here often for my eyebrows - today Zannat assisted me. She was lovely and did a great job. Will definitely come back!

It was great. Jal is always so friendly and lovely. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Perfect service x

Awful experiences now..they treat minor jobs like armpit waxing or eyebrow waxing - 10 minutes jobs like an inconvenience.
Not sure whether its to do with under staffing or not.Instead of apologising for being too rough or heavy handed, they just mutter excuses underneath their breath and feign sweetness. Also there is such a clear cut difference with how they treat non asian and Asian customers.

The salon is very clean, friendly staff especially Jal who greeted me and provided a very good service.
