Wanted to try vanity since it opened sadly disappointed !!!!would not revisit was quoted one price then quoted another in experienced staff showed through. Staff not particularly friendly and everything seemed as if I was doing them a favour by being their .... staff really disinterested I asked for glitter she forgot to put it on ended up with nail varnish down the edges of my toes knocked one nail instead of taking off varnish n starting again she said she would paint over it n it wouldn’t show it did !! nails not filed to same length and shape !!! All through inexperience ....sat for an hour n a half and now will have to get my pedicure re done cost £35 also coffee was Luke warm with bits in it flies buzzing round the shop all looked a bit tired and another client sat swearing her head off on the phone not very relaxing at all shame really because it looks really nice from the outside disappointing to say the least.......

Got my hair done for my 18th birthday by Georgia Grice, she did a complete half arsed attempt by curling it in about 10minutes, brushing it through and then putting my hair up into about 4 pin curls. Was completely disappointed and wasn’t what I asked for when I said ‘tight princess curls’. I could’ve done a better job myself and for £20 and for my BIRTHDAY I expected her take a lot more time and effort on it, especially when I arrived early and she was free so I know she had the time to do it. When paying £3 extra too for pin curls - which is a silly thing to add on a charge for if ur only going to brush it and pop them in 4 clipped pin curls - I expected them to be individually pinned up straight after curling them so they were still hot whilst in the pin curl, therefore lasting longer. Had to straighten it before going out because by the time I finished my meal with my family it was straight with a few bump waves. Awful experience as a first time costumer and won’t be returning :)

Had my hair done by Ashley Seawright a few times now and she is lovely and very talented. Love how she cuts, blow-drys and pin-curls my hair, it always looks gorgeous. She is so friendly too and very welcoming!

I have had my hair done by Ashley before and she did a lovely cut and colour. I think she is a great hairdresser.

However, when I had my hair done recently by Ashley, the colour came out bright red particularly on the roots, as I have grey hair. Ashley knew it wasn't what I'd asked for and blamed it on a box dye I had used over a year ago. She did not apply a base colour which would have made it less bright. I had actually only asked for a chocolate brown with warm tones.
I left it for a few weeks hoping the bright colour would fade but it hasn't.
I was due to have my hair done this coming Saturday and had called in to the shop last week to explain I think it is wrong the colour had been done unprofessionally, but that I had been very pleased with the cut and also my previous colour.

When Ashley's colleague phoned today, I explained that for my next appointment on Saturday I would prefer an overall chocolate brown to be applied but that I should be charged only for cut and roots, not whole head. I DID NOT suggest a free hair cut abd colour. Ashley then later phoned me and did not listen politely to enable me to explain that I feel that due to the colour looking unprofessional, I should have an all over chocolate type colour and cut, but be charged only for root tint and cut. Itcwas difficult to get this point across as she kept interrupting me. She accused me of demanding a free cut, talked across me and was incredibly rude to me.

I think this is a shame because I feel Ashley is a very good hairdresser and it is unfortunate regarding the colour. When Ashley phoned me and accused me of demanding a free haircut, I was actually in the middle of a shop buying items to donate to the Ukraine appeal. I was very upset by the way she spoke to me and she was not willing to listen to the fact that her colleague had passed the wrong message. It is not within my set of values to go around demanding free hair cuts and colours.

I would not therefore sadly recommend this hairdresser due to her rudeness towards me. It is a shame, because she is a very good hairdresser. I think to improve her business, she would benefit by not being rude to her customers if something has gone wrong. I would gladly have continued going to Ashley for my hair, but this experience has greatly upset me.

Awful experience, Booked in for makeup over the phone, spoke to a member of staff twice regarding my booking. I had a family wedding to attend, rang 2 days before to see where parking was and they claimed they had no booking.
The makeup artist Alex was so rude and had the worst attitude. Didn’t apologise. Rang back a few days later to speak to the manager and another member of staff, who asked me what I wanted I said an apology which I never got, I said you need to ask every member of staff who took the booking and she said we will never find out.
I lost my temper and swore. I had had enough by this point.
What an awful shop with rude staff.
