Having used Elegance4u for many years, the girls are all so friendly and helpful, they go that extra mile with customers. I also like the fact they don't rush you out of the salon after your treatment. Very clean and bright place. Would recommend to anyone. Nice to know they do home visits for the elderly.

The worst manicure experience, no professional level, uneven color, nail edges were not repaired, please train the manicurist before you open the shop!

Went here with so much expectation. I just got an eyebrow wax, I don’t know what they even waxed!! It wasn’t clean nor my eyebrow looked any different after the wax. They asked me if it’s okay, showing a mirror up in the wall( how much of your eyebrow details can be seen in a mirror that’s even above your height, usually it’s a magnifying mirror that you have to use) I asked her to cut the overgrown ones and stiIl it did nothing. I ended up shaping my eyebrow myself after coming home. And they charge 8 pounds for this! Where it’s almost double the amount from the other salons. Never going back here, so disheartening and disappointed 😭
