Booked a facial and got a call on the day of the facial asking if it can be re-arranged for another day. I said it was my birthday so wanted it for on the day as I hadn't planned much so this was supposed to be the highlight of the day but if she can't do it to just give me a refund. She said it was Ok she would honour my booking. 30mins before my booking I got a call from her but I missed it. I tired ringing her back but there was no answer. Got to the venue to find it was shut, stood there knocking for quiet some time until the lady appeared and said she couldn't do my facial. Didn't even got an apology which is rather shocking considering I had spent 40mins to get to the venue! No consideration at all for my time and travel and for the disappointment caused. Basic customer service would teach at least to say sorry let alone letting a customer come to the venue when you had no intension of providing the service paid for. I would have been a lot less disappointed if I was just told that morning that the facial couldn't be done that day, I would have had time to book else where and not had a wasted trip.

I visited this place today.Facial were outstanding and the products used were so gentle on my skin. The whole setting was lovely and Martha is so talented! I would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone in the area for a relaxing treatment.

I visited this place for a haircut yesterday. The salon lady suggested the haircut as per my face and quality of hair. I could see that she was putting a lot of efforts for the cut so that I am happy with the service at the end. Staff is really sweet and genuine. Highly recommended and would definitely go again
