Fantastic salon!!!!! I recommend to everyone. I always have individual eye lash extensions with Sarah they look very natural and full just like I wanted. Sarah is extremely knowledgable and will recommend what will be the best look and good for your natural lashes. During lockdown this was the first break I had from my eye lash extensions and after having these for years I was surprised at what good condition my natural lashes were still in. I also have gel nails with Becky who is also extremely professional with a wealth of knowledge I always go for a classic look with my nails and I love them. Everything you need to know about your skin Becky and Sarah have all the answers I use the environ products they recommend and have had environ facials at the salon, you need to go girls you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Sarah and Becky are both professional ensuring the treatments they deliver are to the highest standard possible! Sarah is a perfectionist and ensures she meets her clients exacting requirements, she is particularly adept at eyelash extensions and Permanent brows ! I would recommend these treatments to anyone! Becky is wonderful at facials and is extremely knowledgeable about environ products she tailors her treatments to each client ensuring the best results possible! This is one the best salons in Staffordshire!

Cannot recommend Lavella enough - it's one of my favourite places ever! I see Sarah most regularly for skincare/facials but have seen Becki too for eyebrow wax & tint and LVL lash lift, and both are the most lovely, professional and talented people who you can absolutely tell love their job and take pride in their work. I initially started going to the salon for micro needling to help with acne scarring before my wedding. Not only has my skin improved massively but the service, advice, treatments, products and knowledge I get from the girls at Lavella mean I will never trust anyone else with my skin/brows/lashes again! Throughout COVID/lockdown, Sarah has always been on hand for any skincare advice and has helped me continue looking after my skin with the amazing Environ products and at-home micro needling.
Throughout a really tough year when a lot of businesses have struggled to continue providing their usual service, I really feel like Lavella have gone above and beyond to continue being there for their clients.

Upon researching a salon to do my brows after previous unhappy treatments I stumbled on Lavella. After months of photo stalking I decided this was the salon I was going to!! My first meeting with Sarah was fantastic, the consultation was very in depth and Sarah’s knowledge of brows really shone through and I trusted her straight away. All booked in for my first treatment I wasn’t nervous in the slightest as I knew they would be amazing!! Well... what can I say I was so so happy with my first result and a bit sad that you couldn’t see how happy I was due to wearing a mask haha!! I followed the aftercare I was given and booked in for my top up. My top up was today and I decided to go a little darker. Again Sarah was fantastic and very caring even though I am a pain due to swelling up easily. Can’t wait to see my final results in a few weeks time! Thank you Sarah for fixing my messy brows and making me feel fab again.
Also ladies if you want a pedicure you neeeed to go and see Becki- she is also amazing and has the best hands!!!! So so happy with my pedi and beautiful gel toes 😍

Sarah & Becki are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the treatments & products they offer. I go regularly for eye lash infills and I always have a positive experience. The salon is beautiful and always very well presented and spotless.

Sarah is a very professional and meticulous individual. She prides herself on providing the best service to all her customers. I have had numerous treatments in the past 12 months including brows and top ups. Her standards are top drawer and her work is immaculate. I also use 5 of her environ skincare products and over the past couple of months I have had so many people compliment me on the clarity and smoothness of my skin. I definitely recommend using the products that Environ produce. In relation to covid practices, the salon is clinically clean and hygienic, smells and looks beautiful at all times, I have been in several times over the past few months. Her staff know exactly how to adhere to covid procedures and ensure the safety of all who enter the premises. Absolutely fantastic at Lavalla. Been going since December 2021 for my lashes, I love them would never go without them now. I also have my fingers/ toes gel painted here to. Charlotte is very friendly and caring, we have a right giggle. Katie is also lovely. They will do there best to get you an appointment to suit you and Charlotte even said she would work over so I could get my nails done for my holiday if there wasn’t an appointment. Get yourself booked in. They offer loads of treatments and products. Thank you ladies xxx
