The Lime Tree Beauty Clinic

Just had a double piercing my ears by such a lovely lady, i didn't catch her name but she had brown hair and a lovely manner.
She gave such good advice, and really makes sure you like where she is going to place the earring, didn't hurt and didn't leave you with anticipation of the earring about to go in. so friendly, will be going back to this beauty salon for treatments, no funny atmosphere just genuine customer satisfaction and would defiantly recommend for piercing!!!!

So disappointed to be honest... I was so tense and really needed a good massage I asked for more pressure however it was like they were afraid to apply it. I have Walked out £40 less and still have massive knots and no pressure relived. Lucy was lovely though and no offence meant however Not happy!!!!

What a turn around.. Been back today to see Jo and she was amazing, everything I wanted and came away very happy and very relaxed. Great owner getting back to my feedback and resolving any issues I had. Would highly recommend she is great. Thank you so much

After a rocky start, I have to say that The Lime Tree Beauty Clinic has since won me over. I personally believe that customer service is the most valuable asset a company has. For the owner Jo to personally contact me to understand and try to rectify the admin error that had occurred, it proved that this clearly was a business that cared and deserved of a second chance. Thank you Jo and the team, I will be back again soon!

I contacted the Lime Tree on 7th June to explain that my 10 year old daughter had dark hair on her lip which was bothering her and to see if they could wax it as you can imagine at this age this can be difficult for a little girls self esteem...the lady called me and advised that it was not a problem and even if there was one she would call me back...you can imagine how frustrated and annoyed I was when arriving at clinic the lady advised me she did not want to do it because of her insurance (despite having checked) as she was concerned she "would rip her skin"..... this was annoying largely because I had travelled from farnborough as I had been there in past but most importantly upsetting as it had taken a lot of courage for my little girl to go and now she is terrified wherever I take her she is going to have her skin "ripped" brilliant customer service not and would never recommend to deal with sensitive situations if they were unable to do it this should have been confirmed on initial call when I rang to check...disappointing and would not recommend.

Love this salon, Jo is so friendly and I will use the Lime Tree for my waxing all the time. 5 star

Jo made me feel relaxed straight away. The procedure was effortless on her part and I would highly recommend the lime tree.

Great experience Lauren pierced my ear lobe and honestly couldn't recommend more !
