The place is absolutely amazing. Every time I go there i get exactly what I want. I don't like bulky, thick looking nails, and it's the only shop in Crawley that can make my nails look very natural. This time I've only had one color done but they are very good at designs also. All i have to do is show them a pic of what I want. The staff is friendly and polite. It's a great place for a woman to have some "me time".

They happily took my last minute appointment as a brand new client and I walked away with honestly the best acrylic nails I’ve ever had EVER. I have very sensitive finger tips and a phobia of small cuts so getting my nails done is sometimes daunting but everyone was SO gentle!! I was completely at ease - they were working so fast but I didn’t get a single nick or catch even once. I showed them an image expecting to walk away with something that looks nowhere near as good as I’ve experienced before at other salons but they made my nails absolutely beautiful!!! They made sure every single detail was perfect. I’m never going to go anywhere else again 😍

I had been a few months ago and was disappointed, but decided to try Coco Nails again and they were better, not still not great.
- They are expensive-ish. £35 each for hands and feet.”, so £70 in total.
- The customer service is bad.
- They rush and bubbles form in the paint
- The shellac paint starts chipping after a week
- You have to wait ages when you arrive.

Absolutely amazing! I have a nerve problem where sometimes my fingers lock in place. This happened during my appointment, however the gentleman who did my nails was amazing! He wriggled my fingers around to loosen them up and made me feel at ease. Fantastic job. Didn’t have to wait long (5 minutes max). Salon is clean and tidy, friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will be going back again!

Felt so welcome as soon as I walked though the door, I was offered and drink and I felt welcome. Unfortunately I didn’t get the lady’s name who done my nails but she was lovely and done exactly what I asked. Thannkyou coco! Will definitely be back!

this was my first time ever to get acrylics done and i would have to say, not the best first experience. i was a bit disappointed because of the amount of amazing reviews. at the first half it wasn’t too bad but it felt very rushed and the lady who did it wasn’t able to just focus on me. my nails look very messy and the lettering doesn’t look nice at all. i even messaged them via whatsapp to ask if they could give me the design i wanted and they said yes but this wasn’t the design i was going for. i also booked an appointment but i had to wait an extra 15 mins just to wait for someone to do my nails. very disappointing.

It was my second time trying coco and this time it was a full disappointment.
When I reached home I’ve noticed that all my nails are covered with gel/acrylic…
It will probably start lifting in next few days.

This place is horrible! I got told to come back in 3 days to redo my nails after a worker failed to do my nails how I wanted, left a hole in the acrylic, made what was meant to be a small design end up being half the size of my nail and the acrylic all scratched from the filling was very noticeable. I show up 3 days later and the guy who did my nails as well as the boss aren’t working that day and I get told to come back the next day. The next day they say the same thing and this happened for two more day!
