Done my nails exactly how I wanted, but let me go when my nails weren't completely dry and I smudged them but went back on the same day and they repainted them which was really good. It's been 9 days since I've had them done and the whole of my right hand the nails have come off. Not very happy.

They were really nice , really happy with my results even though the polish has some bubbles in and they were I little to strong when is came to filing my nails , it hurt a bit , but they were really nice even after they started and then we realised we had asked for the wrong thing !! And they happily changed it for me x

An absolutely awful nail salon -- I would highly stress that you never go there. I went to get acrylics and the whole process was awful. The woman started by very roughly cutting my nails, very raggedly, and she did not touch my cuticles, even though they were a couple of millimetres long (meaning when the acrylics were put on there would've been a large gap between my nail bed and the acrylics). She then put on the acrylics but when I kept on asking for her to make them shorter, she would either only make them a tiny bit shorter or say I'll do it later and then when it got to 'later' she said it was too late to change the length. The state of my nails at this point was shocking as they were uneven, two even looked wonky, some of them were a lot thicker than the others, meaning they stuck out even higher than my actual fingers and looked ridiculous, and some had some sharp points, some didn't, even when I asked for them to be almond shaped. There was also a big gap even between where my cuticles ended and the beginning of the acrylics, so they already looked like they had grown out the second I walked out of the salon! When she finally got onto painting my nails, she didn't wait for the first coat to dry so the colour was smudged and there were also a lot of bubbles in the nail polish. I was then pressured to leave, even though my nails weren't dry, as it was getting close to 5:30 and it was very clear they wanted to close up and leave. When I left I was appauled at how I had been treated and the condition of my nails, considering it cost £25, so I called them up saying I wanted to come in the next day and get them to fix it. When I went in, there wasn't an apology, they just got to work and filed the nails down very roughly but they still weren't as short as I wanted them and they re-did the nail varnish but, again, made the same mistake so it was smudged. I was then left at the dryers and no-one came back to check on me so I just walked out after waiting there for a while, again there was no apology or good bye as I left and I had to file down my nails myself at home, and apply some clear nail varnish over some of my nails so that it wasn't blindingly obvious how awful they looked. When I went to get my nails taken off, I realised that when they buffed my nails with the machine (which was done extremely roughly), they have dug into my nails, taking off a couple of layers of my nail so I now have dips in every single one of my nails (the darker red parts of my nail as seen in pictures below) and there is also a weird yellow stain on the tip of one of my nails, which has never happened to me before so I can only assume it is a result of my time at the nails salon. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have but the minimum is one but I really recommend you never EVER go here as it will be a waste of money and they ruin your nails.

Literally horrendous. Walked in two weeks ago to ask for a REPAIR. The lady then began stripping my set if nails off which I had only had done at another place a WEEK BEFORE. They charged me £25 for a service that I didn't even ask for.

The girl that served me kept pulling my hands and treating me like a rag doll. She cut one of my nails off to half the length of the others and then laughed at how short and stumpy it was in comparison to my other nails.

Within a week my gel nails were broken and looked disgusting on my hand. I am not happy at all.

Went back to get my gel taken off, the staff were rude once they'd realised they weren't getting any more money out of me. Lots of whispering to each other, looking at me and laughing which is just what people want!!

I honestly have NEVER been somewhere so poor to get my nails done. My nails are badly shaped, with sharp edges that cut into my skin and they haven't even tried to sort my cuticles. Honestly just stay well away.

Would never recommend this place. Staff are so rude and unhelpful. I only went because it was closer to my work that the nail salon I usually go to. I was pushed for time on my lunch break so I tried somewhere new. Then within a few days one of my nails came off already. I went back to get it repaired. They were going to charge me £4.00 if I didn’t have the receipt! (Which is more than it would have initially been for my whole set initially!) I managed to find my receipt so they repaired my nails free of charge. However within another few days and just over a week from when I got them done 2 more of my acrylic nails snapped off!!! I was really annoyed, as this never happens elsewhere I go! Plus I had given my nails a break from acrylics for a while before getting these done, so if they were done properly they should have lasted much longer than this. I went back to ask for a repair or a refund as I was displeased with the quality of my nails and how long they had lasted. The women I spoke to was really rude! She said they couldn’t do anything when it had been over their week policy and it was likely that I was using my hands a lot that’s why (I mean who doesn’t use their hands a lot in the day that’s what they are for right?..). I explained this had never happened anywhere else and they should last up to three weeks. She also said they only repair nails once (this would be why they took my receipt off me when I got them repaired first time round, so people can’t go back when they have done a rubbish job with their nails!).The lady still refused a refund or new set to be done free of charge. Therefore I walked out and said I would never be returning there again!
I would advise everyone to never go here. The staff are really rude. They don’t know what customer service means. As a manager in retail I know how you should treat your customers with respect. This is something they definitely don’t know the meaning of! Stay away. Venus beauty in Guildford is much better and they actually know how to do nails and treat their customers how they should be treated.. If I could have given mj crystal 0 as a review score I would have done!!

they wouldnt do what i wanted, within 2 days of getting a gel manicure (£30) the nails are all chipped and the gel is all pealing of, when i contacted them they didnt reply, and when i called they just hung up on me, dont recomend and not going back

I went in to get my continually-splitting nail repaired. Have been 15 to 20 times before. Usual cost £3. The woman said she wouldn't do it as my nail would turn black(?). I asked why it would suddenly turn black when it had never done so before. She clearly didn't want to do it and this was the most bizarre excuse imaginable. Couldn't get her to elucidate what on earth she was talking about so I left. Give up!!!
