The owners response says it all really! Rather than wanting to apologise and get to the bottom of my bad experience she’d rather accuse me of making it up! Says it all really doesn’t it! I’m amazed from reading her other bad reviews and speaking to other people that have been there - she’s still in business!!! Can’t really blame her staff she obviously trained them!

Walked in to enquire about £100 gift voucher met by extremely unfriendly staff. One was doing the others hair, was told straight away they were closed. (Website says open) I politely said I could wait and asked about a voucher and rearranging my daughters hair appointment that I had to rearrange due to Covid issues. I was told they have clients who spend £1000. They were clearly too busy and made me feel very unwelcome and didn’t want anymore business! After remembering my friend who had ended up with terrible angry bird eyebrows from there 2 years ago I would give this place a wide birth!

I got Halloween make up done by Beth at Glamour Garage Epsom. The make up was fantastic!! The atmosphere in the salon was fun and friendly, I enjoyed chatting to Beth and getting ready for the evening ahead. Beth did some spooky but glam make up for me for a Halloween party, which I was so so pleased with. Excellent make up and great experience!

Got a full head LA weave from Reia today, INCREDIBLE. i love it already, she has completely transformed my short black hair into thicker longer hair and i love it, the application was so quick and smooth and would recommend to anyone x

Loving my eyebrows! Hayley did blade & shade on my eyebrows & the results are amazing! I was a nervous customer initially as I’d never had semi permanent makeup before but after had no worries at all! She explained everything & gave great advice & she also does lots of other treatments I can’t wait to try! Recommended her to anyone & I’ll definitely will be back! Thanks so much hun!

So to say this salon is the best I’ve ever been to is a understatement, hadn’t had a cut or a colour since pandemic , highly recommended by my sister to go to Glamour Garage Epsom , so i thought ok I will treat myself first time in years ,being a 50 year old woman I thought when I went in oh my I maybe a bit old for this young vibe well how wrong was I. Georgia went above and beyond to do a outstanding full head of highlights , a high standard of her hairdressing craft and I have to stay the best ever highlights I’ve had done and coming from Kensington where there is some great hairdressers Georgia takes it to a whole new level , attentive kind very professional and all the other young girls in there was a credit to themselves as every customers was
Beaming when they left . If you need a treat for a present for you go there !
Georgia does the lot for her client, head massage when washing hair , gentle and relaxing, haircut to a high standard blow dry which lasted just under 5 days as I have the most wavy hair, so roots was dried properly and hair was extremely soft . Georgia Thank you . I will be recommending you to all . Happy New Year 🥳
