I had a course of three Aqualyx injections to treat a large 6.5cm, diffuse lipoma at the nape of my neck. After the first injection I couldn't see a huge difference, but Dr Irshad had warned it would take between two to three treatments to see the required results. After the second treatment, there was a noticeable difference in size, it was nearly gone!

I have absolutely hated my lipoma for years and spent most of my time trying to hide it as it was very prominent. I'm extremely pleased with the results and can't recommended Dermashine and Dr Irshad enough.

Throughout the treatment/s Dr Irshad was very professional and approachable, he thoroughly explained the process and made me feel comfortable. The clinic was also very clean, modern and bright.

After going to see my own GP to ask about having a mole removed from my arm, I was told it was purely cosmetic and they wouldn't undertake the procedure, although it effected my self esteem. I approached Dr Irshad regarding the ‘Silhouette Soft’ treatment, which sounded like a wonderful way to tighten and lift the contours of the face in a natural way, without all the surgery, expense and downtime that other procedures incur. We discussed the possibility, after the recovery period was over, of also having a facial peel to lift and brighten my skin after a long dull winter as a final enhancement.

I was concerned about the potential harshness of the facial peel, as I am aware of many scare stories, so wanted my questions answered with regard to that and as to how Silhouette Soft might work for me.

After consultation with Dr Irshad, I felt completely reassured that these two procedures would be very effective, look very natural and cause little discomfort throughout both treatments. He assured me that these were both safe treatments which would really benefit my visual appearance, facial contours and complexion and with regard to the peel, he explained that the particular type of peel he would use, was much kinder to the skin than most. Consequently, I chose to go ahead with both procedures.

Dr Irshad was kind, intuitive, easy to talk to and highly professional and both treatments were surprisingly gentle. I felt completely at ease with him at all times. I had expected, with the Silhouette Soft procedure, to be bruised and swollen for some days, as I do tend to bruise easily. This was not the case. It was barely noticeable from the next day onward. I was really pleasantly surprised.

I had the facial peel about three weeks later and suffered mild facial peeling for a few days after – no ill effects at all – and from that point my skin looked firmer, my jawline smooth and my skin also felt beautifully soft and clear.

I would happily undergo any treatments of this kind with Dr Irshad and hope to repeat both treatments when the time is right.I highly recommend choosing Dr Irshad for any treatment that Dermashine offers.

Once again I’ve been to see Dr Irshad, this time for fillers under my eyes. I had 2 deep wrinkles, 1 under each eye, which irritated me every time I looked in the mirror. Having had a disappointing and costly experience with another well known aesthetic practitioner, I tentatively booked in for treatment with Dr Irshad. I need not have worried.
