The setting felt so peaceful, it felt like a real treat and a rare moment of self-care to take myself away for the afternoon and be pampered. A brilliant experience from the booking process all the way through to when you are relaxing with a hot drink after your treatment. Debbie was a fantastic therapist and made me feel totally relaxed and welcomed within minutes of my arrival. A beautiful venue with very friendly, warm and hospitable people at Heritage Beauty. Absolutely fabulous location. The treatment rooms are beautifully decorated and super relaxing and cosy. You are made to feel welcome by Rebecca as soon as you walk in and are encouraged to relax with a hot drink. The deep tissue massage was the best I’ve had by Hannah, she was extremely thorough and I left feeling like a new person!
