Nails by mimi - tamworth

Second time getting my Nails done and I’m so so happy with the results! Mimi, the owner is so kind and lovely I’ve recommended to all my friends. 💕

Absolutely love this little salon and mimi is fab, always makes you feel welcome and her nail work Is fantastic . I've had so many compliments about my nails.
After finding mimi I definatley won't be going anywhere else and fully intend to become one if her regulars.

Terrible customer service, Nails looked ok,and i mean ok in shop light and from a distance but once outside in natural light they looked terrible. Varnish missing,lumps,bumps and ridges. They really didnt look nice.On returning to the salon we were met with aggression from the "technician" who insisted the nails looked ok.
After being threatened with trading standards were were offered a refund but only after the technician cut the newly applied nails.
A very upsetting experience for my daughter who was visibly upset in the shop which the occupier taking no notice of this.A very poor customer service.STAY CLEAR

Love getting my nails done at Mimi's, the only place I've ever been where there are no chips or cracks after 4 weeks! Would recommend to all :)

Absolutely wonderful!! I was so nervous about getting my nails done for the first time, but Mimi is a professional and was so nice! It felt like I was only there for 5 minutes and the results are amazing! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, easily the best nail salon in Tamworth!!

I’ve never had any faults with Mimi she’s incredible! I always go for the dipping extension option and they have always lasted up to even 4 weeks for me! They are so strong and neat I’m always amazed, she designs exactly what you ask for so I’m always obsessed with my nails after 💅

My nails done by Mimi was really good, I’d definitely recommend her to anyone who needs their nails done. Excellent service!! Also had my eyelashes done & very pleased with the results!
