The Fountain Beauty Therapy

Lucy was excellent! Very relaxing massage, with perfect pressure on those tight areas - not too intense to make me wince.
I will look forward to some regular sessions to reduce the stiffness that I have in my back.

Worst massage I have ever experienced! Seems this salon has deteriorated considerably as on entering the room the floor was covered with wax droplets and the decor looked very tired. The signage says 'this room is disinfected regularly'. I saw no evidence of hygiene with cushions on the floor and a grubby couch. The massage was not any better. It was rushed, inconsistent and whilst the therapist asked me at the beginning what pressure I would like, she did not once check during the massage whether the pressure was OK. She also kept sniffing throughout the massage and I later noticed she was wearing a mask around her chin and a saliva splattered visor! Her uniform brushing my face was not exactly what I would call relaxing. Upon providing me with what was intended to be aftercare advice I noticed she mumbled through and did not maintain any eye contact with me whilst speaking. I was not even offered a glass of water. I was relieved to leave and even though my car was only two minutes away, by the time I was driving off, the therapist and another member of staff had already locked up and were walking along the road. In summary there a many other salons around and considering this is not the cheapest the competition looks very appealing. Such a shame as it once was a nicely maintained and managed salon.

Fantastic service today as always. It is really easy to book an appointment online and get appointment reminders. Lucy was great today and was very speedy with the waxing.

I had back massage and it was excellent! Firm pressure as i like and masseuse concentrated on my problem areas. Definitely will come back!

Clare is a master at massages. She has a very holistic approach. I recommend her

Clare was extremely informative and gentle and her massage was relaxing, and soothing. The oils were explained and also an exploded the massage and aftercare.
