Lovely team. Annie who does my nails, always does an amazing job. I think you get what you pay for. I do think the prices are very fair for the service you get. They don't charge silly money for nail art or a bit of sparkle, where most places will charge per nail. I would highly recommend these girls! :)

I can't comment on the services provided in store but can comment on the communication skills (or lack of!).
I rang to book a hair appointment for my wife a few weeks ago and was told the lady that would be doing the hair only works Saturdays. We were promised a call back either that night or Saturday when she returned to work. No problem.
No call received that night... or that weekend... or the weekend after. Therefore I rang and left a message on their voicemail...three days ago (on Friday - to allow the lady to come in on Saturday)
Still no returned call. 😔

Been going to bespoke since it opened and used Ceri before she opened bespoke. I have all my treatments done there and it's always 10/10. I've never come away unhappy always been amazing and friendly and makes me feel comfortable, I was quite a nail biter when i started going but Ceri was quick to help me when other places had turned me away. Would 100% recommend.

I've been going to Bespoke Beauty & Hair for 2 years now and I wouldn't change for any other salon. They offer a really great service for a good value for money in a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and talented, and always try to satisfy my requests. I have extremely sensitive skin and Ceri has always done an amazing job. I went for a brazilian and full body waxing, and treatments lasted for weeks and never had any irritation. I always felt very at ease. I have also tried LVL Enhance treatment, which created an amazing masses of length, volume and lift with my own natural lashes - and lasted for more than 4 weeks. Definitely recommended, 10/10. Thank you for making me feel welcome :)

If you are thinking about having your hair done and you’re looking for a hairdresser, Ivonne works MIRACLES...she’s THE best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and even though I live approx. 2 hours away from the salon, she’s now my new hairdresser. Couldn’t recommend Ivonne and the salon highly enough.

Yvonne is a real artist and is both perceptive about what you want and intuitive about what will suit you. I am always happy with my hair cut

Arrived early and was welcomed in straight away for my treatment. Had a bikini wax and Ceri was efficient and professional. Pain was minimal and the end result was pristine. I live in London but will probably come back home to Stafford for my future treatments here!
