I’ve had a balayage at this salon previously so booked in again as was pleased with the colour.

An hour before the appointment I was called to advise the stylist was unwell and had to cancel. No problem with this, so booked in for the following week.

Called again on the morning of the 2nd appointment to say that not enough time was allowed for the service so could only do half-head of highlights.

Completely unorganised and unprofessional. I had to organise childcare and work around these appointments for both to be cancelled.

Will not be returning.

I have been several times to have my hair coloured/cut and to have manicures. The staff are lovely, the service is great and the salon is well decorated and pleasant.

I'm the fussiest person ever when it comes to my hair, but I'd trust all of the team here to work my magic on me. Lexi's colour skills are incredible, I always get so many compliments about my hair whenever I have it done. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair and everyone there is so lovely!! Beautiful salon, beautiful people and their head massages are 👌it's worth every penny for an amazing experience every visit!!

By far the best bikini wax ever. Chloe was super friendly, professional and very thorough. Due to the intimacy of the wax she made me feel so comfortable and the treatment is pretty much painless I couldn’t recommend her more

My skin has never felt and looked better since these facials. Chloe has tailored my facial to target my dark skin spots and they are already beginning to fade! Friendly and professional - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Always come away from my facials with Chloe feeling relaxed and refreshed! She really knows what she’s talking about, so knowledgeable and always caters to how your skin is that day! Would definitely recommend!!
