Terrible experience, nails are streaky and patchy, not all of the nail was painted and was done very quickly and roughly. Do not recommend. Nails were done roughly and not with care, doubt my acrylics will last long. I have not experienced anything else from this place but I will not be returning. Other woman who work there looked nice and friendly, but not this woman.

I had my nails done by Megan! She was wonderful, Couldn’t have asked for better service, she knew what she was doing and made me feel at ease. I told her I was going to a wedding and she made sure that my nails looked fabulous! They lasted me such a long time - which was amazing especially considering I wasn’t being too careful with my nails! Would recommend over and over and I will for sure come back!

although the staff were lovley and welcoming, my acrylic nails have fallen off after FOUR days of getting them done, they are ment to last 3 weeks... the woman next to me had also come in to get her gels re done after they had all chipped off after TWO days of getting them done. i will not be using boutique again.

Had gel nails done myself and my friend had a manicure. Lots of colours to choose from. The lady was very nice, the right level of chatty, and did a great job. Made my male friend feel welcome and relaxed (first time getting his nails done). Price was reasonable, and i booked our session online the evening before. Gels have lasted 10 days so far and still looking good. (Pics are day 1 & day 10)

Love this place, got my nails gelled and they looked beautiful. I am rubbish with picking colours as there were so many to choose from, but the girls there were very patient. The lovely owner Kerry was super friendly and was constantly asking if she could get me drinks or if there was anything extra she could do to make my visit more comfortable. The best thing was that my gel lasted for weeks - excellent value for money.

I had my gel nails done here last night, they didn't have the colours I picked from the selection they provided so I then had to pick alternatives after the nail technician Louise took 20 minutes looking for the colours. After all that I then get charged £20 for gel nails, when they have an offer for £10 gels all this week. Would not recommend this place now the management has changed.

I’ve had my lash extensions done all over the summer with Sophie and they’re amazing, so good I can’t live without them! I have classic lashes and my eyes are extremely sensitive so I was concerned at first about having a reaction, Sophie is incredibly professional and so gentle and I have had no reactions at all! I get complements all the time! It’s a lovely relaxing salon! Sophie is amazing with lashes defiantly worth booking in with her! Thank you Soph! Xxxx

Sadly my experience was a poor one. I had my nails and toes painted. The nails were done with a large gap, they chipped within 2 days. I went back and they blamed it on nails growing out. More has since come off and my toes were done awfully too. It’s an absolute shambles. I booked with one person and got given another who was trying to juggle two people. When I complained, told to come in and then fobbed off. Avoid this place like the plague
