Kirsty has a really nice, warm consultative manner - is hugely knowledgeable about her aesthetics treatments which put me at ease. I felt she wanted to help guide me to find solutions over the longer term that I can afford to sustain and wasn't pushy at all. She spends time to follow up properly and check on satisfaction which for me resulted in changing my treatment areas and an even better result. Highly recommend.
