I have been to No 37 for a number of beauty treatments including Environ facials, pedicures and eye lash defining. The salon is beautifully designed which makes you feel relaxed and calm as soon as you walk through the door. The girls are lovely and so friendly and highly professional and they always have big smiles on their faces, nothing is too much trouble for them. I highly recommend No 37 if you want a spa like experience

First of all what a welcome and in lovely surroundings too. All beauticians there are amazing . You always feel relaxed and I feel like I’m someone special to them every time I arrive. I guess everyone gets the same treatment. Your always asked if you would like a drink IF you have to wait a short while. I love treating myself at No 37

Absolutely love having my lash extensions every month.. Always a warm welcome from the girls.. Very professional and lots of laughs.. Salon is so beautiful and relaxing 😊

First class service at no 37. Jo and Sharon are so friendly and really know how to help you feel and look your best. Highly recommend.
2022 and I'm still going back. I've recently had lip blushing and I'm thrilled with the results. Jo gave a thorough explanation of the procedure and really put me at ease. Highly recommend a visit.

Always a friendly professional service. The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

As soon as we walked in Lily walked past us without acknowledging. throughout the treatments she barley made any conversation and was more engaged with a different client. i booked in over the phone with a manicure making sure it would include a hand massage but this was not included despite checking on the phone. I asked for white tips matching my toes and Lily stated she wouldn’t have time to do that despite starting our treatment late and not having the full hour for the manicure even though it states it’s an hour this was due to her giving us a file and polish despite booking in for a manicure. She didn’t explain the process unless I asked what things were just sitting in silence she seemed quite reluctant to have a conversation despite my attempts. I clearly asked for a gel manicure weeks instead advance on my booking and Lily stated multiple times once I was there she wouldn’t have time. This made me feel rushed. I was charged for a manicure and pedicure even though I didn’t receive that, in all fairness the paintwork was nice but the process was not completed and no foot massage despite being stated in the description when I booked it. Overall a poor experience dealt with poorly by Lily I would not recommend.

Had my first experience at No37 today. I pass this place multiple times a day, yet never even knew it was there!! Or what services they provide!!
I was nervous due to a previously uncomfortable experience with waxing at a different salon. However the staff here were all super friendly, polite and professional, ensuring they maintained my privacy at all times, despite having an intimate wax!!
It was as pain free as possible and I was regularly asked how I was doing and was I ok.
I was offered refreshments upon entering and really made to feel comfortable and relaxed, something I didnt think ide feel given the intimate waxing I was there for.
It was a really nice experience and fairly priced and so local to me too!!
I have pre-booked again in advance for 4 weeks time and cant wait to go!!
