I’ve had my brows done by Kimmi and Chloe on different occasions and what amazing eyebrows they both gave me!! I love that they do the brow mapping to make it a personal experience and gave me the brows I was after. I felt confident throughout my appointment as they explained everything step by step, for example how they custom blended my tint colour. Would highly recommend!!!

Needed a last minute appointment and Kimmie did not disappoint. She was so lovely, warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. I usually use the Bristol branch, but Kimmie did such a good job I will definitely be going back!

Kimmi is an absolutely delightful person. She made me feel so at ease, and I told her I would love to leave her a review!! It was my first time getting a professional brow wax done, and she was always making sure I was happy with what she was doing at every stage!! The waxing was fast and perfect. I had my eyebrows waxed by Ellie, at Taunton boots, benefits and can I just say she did an excellent eyebrow wax, talking through the whole process as I was very nervous but she made me feel at ease, overall I will definitely be returning to get them done again, and try some more of the products as I think they are great 🙂

Wonderful treatment from the wonderful Kimmi. Not only was Kimmi thorough and professional throughout, ensuring she tailored my Brows to exactly how I wanted them but she also made my treatment fun and really enjoyable.
