I had left it too late to book an hair cut and style before Christmas, and so I made an appointment for January. I’d not been to this salon before so I was interested to see what it was like.

It’s a really friendly and welcoming salon and the staff are friendly, and clearly enjoy their work. Lu did a fabulous job with my hair and I was very pleased with the results - I will definitely go back again in the future (possibly to try some of the other treatments they offer too).

If you want vibrant colourful hair Lu and her team are definitely the ones to go to - they are absolute Masters!

I have been having my hair done at Q.L for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. I have loved each and every colour and cut I have ever had done. The team are friendly and welcoming and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Recently Xia joined the team and I had an extremely relaxing massage done with her along with eyebrow wax, eyelash tint and beautiful facial. I recommend those treatments to anyone who needs a bit of a pamper. I would also like to mention the hall itself - an amazing job has been done to this beautiful building making it an all round fantastic experience visiting Q.L.

Semi permanent eyebrows by Lu. Dreadful. Way too long, and way too dark for my colouring. One is thicker than the other, and it's also much darker in one place. No notice taken of the proper eyebrow mapping way to calculate where they should start and end. Just a stencil used, but it would seem not much notice is even taken of that. She drew them in first, and it looked fine, but now they're done, they look nothing like that. One of mine starts too far in, the same one ends too far across as well, plus one is higher than the other. They've healed extremely patchy. I'm having to both cover up, and draw in, my uneven brows. I daren't go back for a top up. I was frightened she'd make them both too big and dark. I've had them done before by someone else, so I know how they should look and how they should heal. My eyebrows don't look at all natural. I've lost so much confidence now. I've spoken to two experts in the field, and they were both appalled. Six months on, and I'm sick of them. I spend more time now, trying to make them look OK, than I ever did before. For a salon that promotes wellbeing, it isn't always the case. It seems that if your face fits, you're treated like royalty, but if not, they don't care. Just after the money, with targets to meet. I got my money back, but people need to know about this, even though she said I shouldn't leave any bad reviews

Very clean. Great staff, very professional performing an excellent job! It was the first time in a very long time when I have walked out of a beauty parlor feeling happy and beautiful. Hairdressers and beauticians around the world take an example: each one of your clients are unique, have unique needs and deserve to be treated as such! The level of service I have encountered/been offered at QL is really hard to come by. I guarantee that no one will come out of there unhappy.

would highly recommend quattro lounge , love having my hair done by lu, always feel great after spending the day there .
My mum actually has her eyebrows done by lu to(tattooed and has so many compliments on them and who to go to .
Would not go any where else .
