Went in there but they said I was too beautiful already, so they couldn't help. The only advice they could give me was to start taking ugly pills.

Staff very friendly , I would not recommend the eyelash tinting as there was no difference after they were tinted

I’ve been there on 21th december for eyebrow threading. When i got home, i noticed that the esthetician had forgotten lot of hair... I had to finish his work myself!!!

New girl did my eyebrows and cut me with the thread. Her reaction: “oops!”. It stung a bit and she applied a lot pressure with the soothing gel so I only realised i was badly hurt and bleeding when I reached home. I was charged the full amount to look like this. Given the extent of my injuries i would have expected an apology from her and not be charged for this on the day. I went back again to complain to the manager and she didn't seem bothered. I thought their attitude was quite dishonest and unprofessional. Not using them again.
