I was self-conscious about my body hair and my sister referred me to this place. I was greeted in a friendly and professional way. This is is my third time here and I am very happy. Would definitely recommend .

I got a hydra-facial here and it was an amazing experience. I got there ant the staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The hydra-facial was done to a high quality and I had physical proof of the gunk from my face. My skin is glowing and I feel like a new person. I also get a full body laser done here.
I have tan skin and thick hair. I can definitely say I can see a clear difference before and after.

I was guaranteed that with my hair type I would see results within 10 sessions. 12 sessions down the line my chin hair have gone from 3 to a dozen and very dark. When I pointed that out to the lady she didn't seem bothered at all, she just scrolled her shoulders.

I would not even know where to begin. Firstly, one of the most unprofessional people i have ever been to. I used to go for laser hair removal unfortunately because of moving to a new area i had to look for someone else. In total these guys will take 10 minutes to do large area where there is no percussion and having gone to somewhere where there is you see the difference. I went here for 4 times and the reduction of hair wasn't even close to once where someone does it properly. They WILL burn you and will not even think twice about it as according to them 'laser does burn' and they WILL NOT wait more than 3 minutes if you are running late. I had a scenario where i was running late by 3 minutes tried to call them at-least 15 min before and they will not answer and when i got there the shutters were down and they did not answer. Their lack of customer service is shocking and they use cold packs that do not seem to be cleaned or washed so i would be extremely careful.

I went here for thread vein laser treatment, the results after only one sessions are amazing and the lady was so lovely.

Excellent service and really thorough, surprised how cheap compared to other places
