Exceptional service from Charlotte. A very professional and extremely competent nail technician. I was made to feel very welcome from start to finish. There is a fantastic atmosphere in the salon and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, which will be one of many!

As always, a lovely visit to Polished to see Mary. The salon is always so calm and relaxing - it feels so zen! I always come away learning something new about my hair and now we’ve stepped into the exciting world of colours and toners I can’t look back! If you want a hairdresser who will tailor the service to your hair and needs, Mary is the one!

Not treated myself to a professional haircut in a while, but thought why not? So glad I did! My hair is the best it's been in ages! Mary cuts fantastically! I'll absolutely be back soon for another 👌🏻

Wonderful place and services. It was my first ever time receiving any type of treatments, however, the staff are so welcoming and friendly that I was instantly at ease after arriving. Could not be more satisfied with the lvl and also nails, thank-you so much to both Charlotte's! Looking forward to returning again.

Mary was absolutely fantastic. The best hairdresser I've ever been to. She takes the time to listen to want you want and does an amazing job. :) I love my new hair cut!

I first came to this salon to get my eyebrows tattooed, by Charlotte the service I received made me try out the nail techs there and I was not disappointed. I now have Faye who is fabulous at her job so I now travel from Derby to the salon as they are so warm welcoming and will always go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend this salon and all the staff

I visited the salon today for the first time and had my nails done by Charlotte. She was very friendly and nice, and she did a great job. I really like my nails. Also, the environment was very clean and tidy, unlike other salons where you feel you sit on a pile of nail dust. Another plus was the free parking right outside the salon. I will definitely visit it again!

My only comment is that setting up a booking system would be very useful for you and your clients
