Next door ladies v u proffessional and sold opened or used oil and the lady who does colouring for hair she put bleach colour on my hair scalp for 2 and a half hours if not 3 done 3 applications 2nd time and did 2 applications 1st time not only that my scalp got burnt had spots on my scalp which i have never had in the past charged me 30 pounds sold me a shampoo and condition for 13 pounds which wasnt even worth 4 pounds on the whole v v v bad experience ive been going there for many years for haircut everytime they make u wait for hours and hours telling u their friends had appointment before or other excuses from the boss the guy who cut my hair on few occasions to the far right who is next to enterance wouldnt recomend anyone going to him normal haircut is 15 pounds qith beard shave or trim always given extra tips and mostly 20 pounds that guy v unprofessional dont know how to cut hair always in a hurry unless u r his mate he cut my hair with uneven length when i told him he qudnt even appologise jus carried on cutting hIr even tho told him plz make sure its equal lenght wud never go there nevwr ever again they are jus there to make money not proffessional not looking afyer customers and the ladys are v rude next door salon and v unprofessional and worst customer services from both shops when told the lady at the counter that oil was opened and used and also fell in the bag and my car costed me 20 pounds she was like taking it v easy and unprofessional and said i dont have to say that but matter of fact is it was used opened and she said that she tightens the bottles before selling all shambles all jokes it wud have never opened and leaked in my car and costed me 20 pounds to get it proffessionally cleaned and wasshed the back seats. V v bad worst customer services from Top beauty salon qould not recomend anyone going to any of their shops.
