I came to get my nails done and I was extremely pleased with the results. Staff is professional and friendly and the location is easily accessible, I had Jayne and she made me feel comfortable and we had a lovely chat while she did my nails. Definitely highly recommend

I had my wax done for the first time on Saturday and I was so nervous and unsure ,from walking in the door and until the moment I left I had a wonderful experience! Jayne was so lovely and kind and really friendly and made me feel as comfortable as humanly possible while having my first ever intimate wax ahah! I will 100% will going back again! Jane and her team were lovely, made our bridal party feel so welcome. Friendly, polite and Jane gave a great manicure and shellac nails. 5 stars all round!

My friend and I went here for our first waxing appointment and it was the best waxing experience we could have had! Jane was so friendly and approachable and made us both feel so at ease. She talked us through the whole process and was very kind and reassuring. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back here!

Absolutely brilliant. Fair prices and excellent service. My shellac nails were perfect and lasted for 15 days without chipping! Lisa was great.

I made a second appointment to remove them and Jane was wonderful, dealing with a very busy schedule and still patient and lovely with me and my daughter. She used her iPad to play videos and entertain her while she removed my shellac.

Very child friendly, great prices and products and lovely service. I’m happy I found my beauty salon in Norwich. Will be going there for nails, lashes and waxing!
