Sam was recommended by family members to try one of her treatments. Looked and tried many places for a deep tissue massage but never left previous treatment clinics feeling like I got exactly what was needed. If you suffer from lower backache and feel the lumps size of golf balls when you press firm enough and can feel the burning pain! I can not Thank Sam enough for the relief she managed to bring in just the first treatment. Looks like the co-codamol will become a thing of the past!! Regards Eddie

I visit SB Therapy for therapies that range from Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Facials and Reiki. Sam always makes me feel totally relaxed. I receive treatments for both relaxation and to help reduce the sometimes severe symptoms of neuropathy. Always happy to offer advice on which treatments to use. Highly recommend and lucky to have her services on my doorstep

Sam is my go to for a massage every time! The beauty cabin is welcoming, relaxing and peaceful. Sam puts you at ease straight away, the massage itself is always so deep and relaxing.

Sam is a very knowledgeable masseuse. She gave me a deep massage which was spot on and just what I was looking for. Over all I had a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

I discovered Sam's business through Balmullo community Facebook group. Sent a message to arrange visit, had two sessions so far, next one booked.

We agreed on reflexology and shoulder neck massage, after first session. Which was mostly hand reflexology and a short shoulder massage, extended for next session. Pleased with level of discussion at each session, reviewed previous session, what I liked and agreeing to extend session from 60mins to 90mins. Giving me plenty of time for both therapy treatments. Plus the heated mitts are great, used on hands, feedback on why the heat helps with osteoarthritis pain.

I'd recommend giving Sam a try if you want hands on therapy sessions, along with her extensive list of other jobs she does and cost per item. Always a positive thing to know before choosing from list and discussing with Sam before I'd my first session and next one booked.

I did Ashiatsu training with Sam. She is the best teacher and her course was the best of all I have ever participated. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and professional but the same time, very passionate, has the kindest heart and cares so much about her students and clients. Her Ashiatsu course is super high standard, I would highly recommend her to those who are seriously passionate about pursuing Ashiatsu career. I feel like my world got a whole lot bigger now , with all that I learned from Sam!!
