Ruined my eyebrows, and the chubby lady who did it just laughed when I complained. Totally unprofessional, she spent the entire time talking/laughing with the owner, which made her not concentrate (shocking customer service) . They've lost a customer and I'll tell everyone i know to avoid this place now! So frustrating.

Love this place. Quiet and discreet. The ladies who work there are lovely and very skilled

Don't recommend these lot burnt of my eyelashes during a LVL and still wanted me to pay appallingly the way I was treated in there ! The old woman was rude !

Lovely, friendly staff. Fabulous eyebrow threading and manicures. Been a customer for a few years and always recommend.

They maybe good at eye brows and other stuff but I am really disappointed with hair straightening, it got worse than the natural I do have. I even experience more hair fall afterward. It was supposed to be shine and silky but it becomes rough and frizzy than ever. Totally Dislike it.

Had my nails done. Really took her time expertly done. Loved then.
