I came here today for my first ever pedicure and I am really impressed with my treatment. The beauty therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed and did a great job. My feet are so soft and I love my new gel nails- I am really happy with the service I received! It is obvious that they all take pride in their treatments and you won't be disappointed. All of the staff were lovely and friendly and very welcoming 🙏 I have already booked my next treatment in two weeks time! The salon was clean and spacious inside. I wish I had found this salon sooner. Thank you so much ladies!!

This was such a terrible experience for me and my friend!!! We got our eyelashes permed, which they said would take 45 minutes, but it took 2 hours! The whole time Susan and her colleague were talking in a different language and not updating us on what was going wrong with my friend's eyelashes. She ended up with one eye with straight lashes, and one eye with lashes that were so curled that were getting caught in her eyelid. They didn't tell us each time they were putting a different treatment on so it was quite scary having our eyes shut and having no idea what was going on. Would not recommend at all.

My decision to go to Susan's was based on it's good reviews, proximity to my house and reasonable pricing. I had my hair washed, trimmed and blow dried for £30. Upon my arrival, Susan was prepared and ready so I did not have to wait. She was very thorough and did a wonderful job. She did exactly what I asked. She has had her own hair salon for quite some time and has two daughters helping. I really enjoying talking to them and learning about their passion for hairstyling and beauty. I will be returning there as I felt so welcomed and was very happy with my hair. I recommend Susan's for your next hair appt.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star, awful customer service, I was stood right in front of the main desk discussing to book 3 treatments, the phone rang and rather than finish with me the customer who is in front of you the customer calling the phone was more important, no sorry no nothing just got ignored and was left waiting whilst you dealt with a call mid conversation

Love this place,not very pricey and Susan & rest of the the team are amazing.Love the way she does my eyebrows.
