Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar Counter

Went to benefit today 01-07-22 in boots for an eyebrow wax and tint. I was five minutes late for my appointment so patiently waiting 10 minutes for Elle to give another customer an eyebrow wax in my time slot. The whole experience was awful, no eyebrow mapping, didn’t ask me what shade I wanted my eyebrows she just said you want them dark? Didn’t wipe a little off and ask if I was happy with the tint colour, just rubbed it all off without consulting me. I Felt pressured into other treatments that I didn’t want. Did an awful job of my eyebrows. One is super thin and the other is too thick. Felt the Elle was in a mood and she was really rough with wiping off the wax. Felt like cattle rushing people in and out of seats to get as much money as possible. Won’t be returning so upset about my eyebrows. They look awful! I was told I didn’t have to pay good job really as it would of been insult to injury. To think your paying £27 for a shoddy service. I’m 35 and my eyebrows have been over waxed and over plucked I hope they grow back. Absolutely fuming! I work in a customer service environment, this will be highly embarrassing for me when I already have low confidence. Thanks for nothing, wish I hadn’t bothered having them done now. If I could upload a picture I’d show you all how bad they are. Having bad flashbacks to when pencil thin eyebrows were in fashion! Avoid.

Always go to see Elle for eyebrow wax and tint. After a long journey around several places finally found someone who does an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. Friendly and efficient.

I had a wax and tint done by Elle who was so lovely and friendly. My brows are exactly how I wanted them. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you ! X

Abbie offered to demonstrate the use of some of the benefit products when I was in Boots on the weekend. The service was very friendly and helpful, and she answered all questions I had. She was able to give me professional advice and recommend products that I had gone into the store to look for. When she demonstrated some of the products for me to try she took into account what I was looking for and skin type.

Benefit Boots St. David's centre. Excellent service staff very professional and helpful on advice for my eyebrows which were very sparse and members of staff Elenya and Jenna were most helpful i had eyebrow tint and brow waxing along with under eye gel they also advised on products of which i purchased and are very happy indeed boosted my confidence and i felt so much better having received advice and service with the lovely ladies who took care of me.
Won't hesitate to go again soon five star treatment highly recommended

Very happy with my brows! Tianna was very friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. Tianna explained the whole process and listened to me when showing my concern about my brows before having them shaped. Tianna was very helpful and gave great advice when trying to find a new product for my brows which I then went on to purchase. Very happy with the service, will be booking again!

Looked after by Abbie, who is delightful. Very professional. Put me at my ease. Made me feel special. I really appreciated her advice on makeup. She listened attentively to the look I wanted to achieve and advised accordingly. First time I have had a brow wax, and now I'm wondering why I didn't do it before. Really delighted with the treatment. Thank you.

Horrendous and uneven Eye Brow Length made shorter so now stop just after the arch, Went to the John Lewis branch of benefit for second opinion the assistant agreed Waxing and Shaping not good and to return to the boots store to have Rectified,
Have now lost total confidence in benefit will never return.
