MUSKAAN BROW BAR

Went in to get my eyelashes done the other day, they claim they last 2 weeks, by the morning after the majority of my lashes had fallen off and looked ridiculous, went back in to complain and it was a different lady who apologised and re done them for me, it's now 3 days later and the exact same issue has occured where they just keep falling off.
Absolute waste of money.

I have been visiting this place very regularly but the service I received today was absolutely horrific and disgusting!
I was served by lady named Sangeeta who threaded my eyebrows and after completing it handed me the mirror to check. I then told her some correction which firstly she wouldn't admit but then pretended to correct them but still wasn't fixed. I then asked her colleague to check my eyebrows and told her how they didn't look symmetric and this lady did understand me and gave some advices to Sangeeta on how to do the corrections. By the looks of it Sangeeta found this very offensive when her colleague was advising her and asked her to take over and correct it. It just made me feel like I made a mistake by even saying to Sangeeta to correct my eyebrows, well really I was paying for this service so i expect this to be right!! I must say Sangeeta does need some soft skills training and coaching on how to speak to her customers as she ended the conversation by saying that she would never serve me again and I can be served by her colleague honestly I was shocked by these words as till this point I didn't make any complaints and I understand it's not always you get 100% perfection but being spoken to like this is unacceptable. Adding to the embarrassment She shouted accross the parlour to her colleague saying that her colleague can serve me everytime in future and to be fair even her colleague was very calm on her reactions as it was evident that there just seems to be a clear case where Sangeeta is just full of herself and doesn't likes to be corrected by someone everyone thou we are paying to get this service done. This was absolutely horrific and disgusting experience from Sangeeta and she definitely needs some training. I must say that please tell this women that if she is having a bad day then please don't ruin your customers day as well !!
All a customers wants is to pay for the service and get the job done and we are not interested in personal dramas.

Went here on my lunch break due to convenience however this was a BIG mistake.
I only needed a tidy up but the lady took half of my brow away when she showed me in the mirror I disgusted.
Then later that day the skin above my eye was really sore and scabbed over the next few days from friction burn where they are using cotton thread instead of the correct material will never ever return.

Had my eyebrows shaped and threaded here recently. As a male crossdresser having the process done for the first time, I was a bit apprehensive but I need not have worried. I was made to feel very welcome and was very impressed with the professional and skilled service provided. I will definitely be going back.

Before entering my eyebrows were thick and a lovely shape as they only needed a slight tidy up. As soon as she showed me my eyebrows in the mirror I was mortified and said OMG! What have you done?! My eyebrows are now extremely thin - 90’s brows type of thinness.
The lady responded with they’re extra clean! No they’ve been hacked off. Worst eyebrow experience of me life!!!!! AVIOD!!!!!

Really unprofessional treatment. The lady who did my eyebrows was rude, abrupt, and was putting way too much force than she should. Her attitude was horrible. It felt like she was hurting me on purpose. I will never go to that place again.
