Beauty Box

Had a massage and with being interrupted many times I complained as this was a invasion of my privacy. It made me feel very uncomfortable. They then said I could have 50% off my next treatment. When I tried to book another treatment they phoned me and said I can only have another massage. So I ask some questions about different options and the best for relaxation. I was talked through them and different oils ect.. So I then went online and booked a full massage with aromatherapy oil. Then I received another call saying I would only get 15% off. As you can imagine I was getting annoyed. The lady said she would talk to her manager/ boss and get back to me ASAP. This was about 3x weeks ago. Still nothing:

This was not the case at all. And you did not leave a voice message as my answer phone was only switched on 1 day ago. I'm not getting into all this I'm no liar i know what was said.I'm disappointed with your service and I will not be returning to you shop .Disgusting way to trea paying customers

My natural lashes are a mess since I started having individual lash extensions done here. If you do go ahead and have your lash extensions and refills done here, avoid booking in with Samantha. This ‘beautician’ always has an attitude and her technique is far from best.
I am disappointed because when I first started using Beauty Box’s services a few years ago, I was always happy with the end result after every treatment. It appears this place should either retrain, rehire or stick to what they do best - mani’s and pedi’s!

Just had the LVL treatment on my lashes and I am really happy with them! The lady i had was very gentle when doing the treatment, showed attention to detail and the liquid didnt sting at all, previous places i have been to can sometimes irritate my eyes but i felt really comfortable today with no issues at all. Lashes are lifted and all even. Highly recommend and will be back 👍🏼

Just a heads up, if you are new to Penarth or just visiting, the technicians won't provide a service if you have an existing manicure.

I've just moved here and had my nails done in Germany and when I popped in I was told they couldn't assist and to go to somewhere else. So save your self a trip if you are new to the area or just visiting and need to do your nails.

Have been going to Beauty box for a good few years. Always amazing service from all the team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
