Brilliant quality, great value and excellent customer service!
I've been visiting this nail salon since June 2018! Every time they've been great, i've also noticed their nail art skills improve so much over the course of this time. I think there was only one set out of the many i've had over the years that I didn't like. I've recommended many friends here, for both gel and acrylics! They always do a great job, even on short notice. They take bookings over the phone, and for the quality i receive the price is incredibly competitive. I would suggest visiting before noon if possible as they're less busy then. Also, remember your loyalty card! (i always forget mine!) I've even dedicated an IG highlight reel to the nails i always have done from here. I've paid a professional in London £100+ before, and here the quality is just the same, if not better! I used to live close, but now travel 25 mins in just to get my nails done here. they also offer student discount on acrylic sets! Here are a few pics of sets i've had done!

Went in for a full set of acrylics. As someone who gets their nails done regularly I am massively disappointed and will not be coming here again. To begin with they glued my skin to the nail tip, and then very aggressively filed them. The application of the acrylic was rushed and sloppy so much that some of nails were very wonky and uneven. The colour I selected was very different to that that was put on my nail and the application was uneven and messy, going on my skin around the nail. The girl who did them must have put at least 5 coats on some nails to tidy up her mess which left them bulky and uneven. Was very disappointed and unhappy with the result of them.

very disappointed by my nails. i had booked online but upon arrival they had seemed to take in walkins as a higher priority then those who had booked. nonetheless, after an hour of waiting someone came to do my nails, they seem to have some rotation system where they all switch around while doing the nails so i had around 3 people do my nails, they were understaffed for the amount of customers they had. my MAIN issue with new york nails was how aggressive and careless the staff were, when they used the machine to file down my nails (i’m unsure of the name) they had gone too deep into my cuticles! the skin around my nails had gone red and were very painful as they continued to glue and paint over them. once hope i had to dip my nails into ice water with great pain as my natural nails had been stripped of their thickness

Used this place to get pampered over the years. Service is always quick and friendly! I got the exact shape and colour that I was looking for and the young girl did such a good job! The range of colours to choose is incredible and so is the standard of their work. Highly recommend! Picture is of stiletto acrylic with the shade peach.

I booked an appointment via Instagram and showed pictures of the design I wanted light nude with white swirls. When I came in I was seen quickly and staff were professional.

The design was carried out to a high level and I was satisfied with it. However my nails have natural ridges in them and always have done it has never been an issue. I had naturally thick healthy nails before the appointment. But for some reason the nail tech filed them off which left my nails paper thin and painful if they touched any surface I had to use nail oils to regain the strength and thickness so for that reason I won’t be coming back again.
