Absolutely lovely service. I arrived early and everyone was incredibly helpful and showed me some product alternatives based on what I already used while I waited. Molly who did my brows was absolutely lovely, she explained everything she was doing and checked in at every step to make sure I was happy. She was also super gentle, usually my eyes stream when I get my brows waxes, but not today. Molly was great and I would definitely recommend her to anyone whose brows need a bit of TLC.

Molly was an absolute pleasure to have do my brows. She was friendly, kind and informative about the procedure and ensured my comfort throughout the waxing process which was literally as painless as realistically possible. She really went above and beyond by taking the time to conceal the redness on my brows (and add foundation + contouring) and gave me some great tips on how to make my winged eyeliner pop on hooded eyes. Talking to her was like talking to an old friend even though it was the first time I met her. She's an absolute gem and credit to the company.
