I had a bad experience, I met an unprofessional memeber of staff who was rude as I explained to her how I wanted my eyebrow to look like, instead she turned around and started mimicking and mumbling in her language. The end result was she cut my eyebrow very badily, people like that are the reason why customers do not stay loyal and end up running away. I am not having any of this at all and will not be returning, I feel sorry for the owner as she is a nice lady however it is a shame that her staff do not resemble her characterististics .

The manager messed up my eyebrows. My eyebrows were two different shapes. She clearly doesn’t care about her customers all she cares about is taking peoples money. The worse experience ever. Her prices are extortionate however if someones paying that price at least do a good job and provide them with a proper service. She definitely needs to go get some training.

I went again to have a fresh cut and piercing my ear, hygiene and no pain in my piercing.
my hair looks sooooo fresh, so healthy, and the staffs are beyond sweet as always💕

Was my first time here .... But oh Gosh BEST experience ever !!!!... I had (wash, cut, and blow dry) I Never expected the result becomes this perfect !!! Fresh ends, perfect blow dry gave my hair a big volume. and above all, Friendly staff, pure & healthy work, and sensible prices !! Never trusted any other salons to try a new haircut.. but here 😍❤️ found my salon in Cardfiff ! Thank you Sultan beauty salon.

Had my hair dyed was so unprofessional try to explain what I wanted was so hard because she didn’t speak English the owner just looked busy doing nothing and fixing herself. didn’t even help translate there was only 2 customers including me. Let’s not talk about the hygiene everything was so dirty like everything even the equipment. When she straightened and blow dried my hair no heat protection was used. No serum after. Nothing was sanitised. Touching their face and then me. Had to come home have a shower that’s how bad it was. They charge money like they are some top quality salon and the results are so poor not even average avoid at all cost. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention they are all all too busy going past looking at themselves in the mirror than paying attention to the customers

Update : My hair has literally burnt off, I have an inch of hair left, it was down past my shoulders. Reported to Trading Standards and hopefully more. The treatment I received was disgusting!

Never never go here for a perm. I looked like I was dipped upside down into a chip fryer. Had another hairdresser look at it 3 days later and she said it's the worst damage she has seen. I have had to cut all but an inch off and even that is damaged - but preferred that than being bald.
Nothing they did during the perm was correct, I had my doubts but thought they are the professionals (never having had a perm before). When I described to the new hairdresser she could not believe the procedure they used (did not wash the perm solution out - just stuck the neutraliser over - left it on for 45 minutes, maximum is 20 minutes).
Then to add insult to injury they charged me £120!!! Stupid me was shocked and just paid - even though they list perms at £50.

When I confronted via sms and requested a refund the only reply I got was "ok" - no offer of trying to fix their fault or offer of compensation. I did get the refund after constantly texting for 2 days. A horrifying experience I need to now live with for at least a year to recover.

Hallo to who is reading this review please please don't try them they don't have any experience I sent my miss her hair it's was perfect just for 24 hours she paid around £150
After afew days I noticed her hair is came back like haw was it nothing been changed absolutely no recommend at all

I got a wash-cut-blowdry and it was horrid! Whilst she was washing my hair, she got it all in my ears and my hair felt oily soon after! She wrapped a dirty towel around my head as well! None of the products were clean and the brushes were full of random people's hair. When she started the haircut, she didn't even brush my hair! She burnt my scalp while blowdrying and pulled my hair really hard causing my hair to fall-out. She didn't even use hair protectant or any after care products! The customer service was horrible. I do not recommend anyone coming here!

Very bad salon wrecked the whole hair. Its not even what i wanted j paid £300 for nothing !! Damaged her and the manager doesn’t want to fix it !! She was very disrespectful to us and rude please do not go there !!!
