Charlotte works miracles! Even when I've been naughty and snipping my own hair, she manages to rescue it and make it look amazing!

I took my daughter (18 mths) for her first hair cut, she was very nervous and doesn't like her hair being brushed at the best of times. Charlotte took her into her own side room where it was much quieter and was very patient and calm with her, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can highly recommend, the cut was amazing and even though I was dreading having her hair cut the first time she looks lovely.

I called in on the off chance I could get my hair cut, and Charlotte does indeed perform miracles!
She cut my hair beautifully, and because I'd bleached it at home, it was a lovely pale yellow! She used 'super silver' shampoo and now it's a fabulous platinum colour, I cannot praise her enough!
