I have never left a bad review for anything before but had the worse experience I’ve ever had...
Was quoted one price and charged double.
Was not seen by the same stylist I was book in with.
Ended up waiting an hour to get my hair cut.
When I did, it was rushed, was not what I wanted, and couldn't even notice a difference (and neither could anyone I asked).
After ringing to discuss the matter, they were very rude and never called back as promised.

Went to the salon for the first time the previous week and was a pleasant visit. The staff were friendly and the haircut was standard along with the price. Would consider visiting again in future.

Fantastic service. Lovely, chatty ladies. Marie was brilliant, really happy with the cut and her all round customer service. The view wasn't bad either. I will definitely be back. :)

Haircut was great but the hairdresser kept fishing for my age and made it clear they thought I was much older than I am. At no point did I say I wanted to look younger or it was a concern. Left feeling very insecure by it. They were friendly enough but kept bringing it up despite me trying to keep the conversation off it. It was as if they were determined to let me know how much older I look.

Fantastic hairdressers been going there for a great many years. Always polite, my hair feels and looks great. Would highly recommend. Never been disappointed.

Had a wonderful trip to the mop shop. I am not one for hairdressers but I felt comfortable once I stepped through their door. I was taken care of at each step. Sav was amazing and went through things about my condition of hair, face shape, routine and styles that would suit. I felt happy to be there. I would definitely book in again with Sav.

I had my hair highlighted by Tom and cut by Marie. Best haircut and colour I have ever had. Both were extremely lovely and were able to envision exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier! Tom has great taste in TV shows too! A fantastic experience and I would highly recommend!
