Very good experience here at My beauty salon. I came after 5 pm and they give me very professional advice regarding my hair. I have a lot of white hair and I’m careful with chemicals. The advice and the plan was convenient for me. I Dyed my hair and eyebrows and it looks much much better. I was happy with the price and I have got a discount. People were very friendly and careful. Even it’s a small place it’s cosy and welcoming. Definitely I will come back.

Excellent service, and the stylist was very welcoming. She did a good quality hair cut and always worked to make sure it was what I wanted throughout the process.

What could have been better is to clarify more explicitly what length/style I wanted at the very start of the appointment, as I was not sure if the stylist knew exactly what I wanted until later on when I stated the length more specifically before she started cutting.

But overall, a fantastic experience. They also gave a complementary loyalty card with discounts as well! Lovely new salon which has only been open a few months - go and check it out!

I had my hair done here just over the weekend and can not fault the staff. The girls are friendly, welcoming and so helpful! My hair cut was a clean cut and everything I had asked for. I’ve always been one to struggle with hairdressers - but finally find the one I am happy with! I highly recommend them to anyone! I was so pleased with my hair and the prices provided! Looking forward to my nails, eyes lashes and eyebrows to be done by these lovely, professional bunch of ladies! I would also like to personally thank the owner & the rest of the team for seeing me struggle with my 4 year old towards the end of my hair cut, and stepping in to sit and occupy him for the last 15 minutes of my appointment! - they truly went out of their way and can’t thank them enough!

I have been having my hair done with Fairy for over five years now. Every single time, the girls in work, friends and family have commented on my beautiful hair colour and cut. I’m naturally dark-brown, but when Fairy does her magic, my hair is a beautiful/ natural looking blond! Oh, did I mentioned that my eye brows have never been in better shape, and always get complimented on. Thank you My Beauty x

This saloon used to have great customer service but since staff changed, customer service has changed. Today I entered asking if there is space to remove sheelac and was met with "I'm getting my eye brows done as am going on holiday", is this what you tell your customer?

I’m satisfied with the service they had . One of staff named Sana did my hairstyle . She so lovely and her patience changed my look completely which was my beyond expectations. So please just miss this great service with them. Have a try once and you can’t stop visiting there. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Best hair salon in Cardiff! All staff are amazing, friendly and making you feel welcome.
I visited the salon twice, for hair cut and hair colour change. It is always so scary to trust someone with a colour change but these girls are like magic fairies created an amazing result. I showed some pictures and explained what I wanted to achieve however did not expect that result will be so gorgeous.
