Infinity Hair, Nails and Beauty Salon

Parisa was just so wonderful and accommodating! I called at 5pm yesterday with an emergency as I was let down by another nail technician last night to do my nails ready for my birthday today. Parisa fitted me in during her lunchtime because she was booked up! She didn't rush and was ever so slightly late for her next appointment who was also a lovely lady and didn't mind. Thank you Parisa and next lovely customer for being so nice and making me feel nice on my birthday! I will be back ❤

Very poor experience. Four nails chipped within a week of having dipping powder (have taken photos). I am not sure if they use the genuine SNS, which is why it may chip easily. My usual salon does SNS and it doesn’t chip for six weeks. Also, Infinity charge £35 and then £3 extra for nail tips - so I spent £47 on a manicure that only lasted a week. My usual salon charges £32 with all nail tips included. The shape is also inconsistent - some round and some square. Very unhappy. Only came to this salon as I sometimes travel to Cardiff. Not sure I will use again due to the low quality and high price. Going to have to get four nails repaired now after only a week!!!

Great service, friendly, welcoming beauticians. My nails look lovely and my face is glowing after a relaxing facial. It's my second time at the salon, but looking forward to my next visit. Thank you ladies!

Excellent service really happy, I didn't book for French manicure but they were kind enough to offer to do it even though it was late but I settled on a nice pink, will definitely be returning thank u ladies

I have used Infinity Nails several times and always found them excellent. However there was an error with the booking I made and I had a call asking why I hadn't attended, I explained I had booked for a different day. I found the owner rude and unreasonable, I lost my deposit which I could ill afford. I had booked several treatments and for some reason the system booked them on different days despite me doing it all in one go. As a regular customer I am horrified and disgusted by the attitude of the owner. Will not be using them again!!!

I have used infinity nails since they opened, I get my nails done weekly with new colours & infills when needed, sometimes I can’t decide on a colour so I just leave it to the girls creative designs and I’m always very happy, I get my eyebrows done monthly, I’ve had facials & massages, I really enjoy the system chair pedicure with the massage chair.
The staff are really nice and friendly, we have a great laugh & joke too
Notice I have no cuts or blood around my cuticles …. Because the girls are trained to a high standard and cuts & blood are not normal so never put up with a salon that cuts you ladies.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND infinity nails, online booking is the easiest way, all the dates & times are right there ready to book.

First time having acrylics done in Cardiff after moving from Bridgend, this salon was so welcoming had a lovely atmosphere and had a good laugh with the staff and other clients. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much girls xx
