This is a great salon with lovely, friendly staff. I spent an enjoyable hour there whilst Karen performed a miracle on my broken nails (see photos)! Have also recently had the luxury pedicure and a spray tan – again with Karen – a true professional. Highly recommend.

I was given a massage with partner for Christmas. We were under the impression it was a massage together - because the massage was a couples massage. When we arrived she went upstairs and I went down. So completely separate - nothing coupled about it. Then we both received back massages and nothing more. It was thoroughly disappointing. The thai massage place Holton Road is a fraction of the price and far better experience and service. Wont be using Balance again
