I had a lovely, relaxing facial with Isabel yesterday at Rokoko. I can't explain how nice it was to have an hour of peace and tranquility, as well as the feeling of complete relaxation. My skin is feeling so soft! My only complaint is that the time went too quickly. I would highly recommend.

Today I had Permanent make up "powder brows"done with Katherine. Wish i had them done years ago!I am so impressed with how they look. The procedure was very relaxing, Katherine was very friendly and talked me through everything to make sure I was happy at each step. The salon and staff were all very professional and friendly.

Had a Mani and lovely Pedi! Beautiful white and clean environment. The young nail technician was really very patient and did an excellent job of my hands and nails. They have a discounted rate for June. I'm thinking of booking a full body massage, and maybe a hair appointment. Felt comfortable, just what I needed. Highly recommended!!!

Had a lovely hair consultation and haircut with a senior stylist. She was very helpful and gave me a lovely cut. Booked an appointment for a balayage and blow dry deal to go on holiday £69 with Chey. Consultation with Chey and skin test was awful. She made me feel very uncomfortable about my grey hair. Asked me for pictures of what I wanted in terms of colour which obviously I didn’t have. She then tried to persuade me to have colour on the roots, this was in addition to the balayage. She was not able to offer any advise in terms of colour and another stylist came to help. The day before my holiday I was contacted and told that I was rude and I had upset the member of staff and that I shouldn’t go in for a colour. Totally unprofessional and not really the type of service expected from a salon with 4.7 rating. No time to book a colour for my holiday and I feel this was left until last minute purposely. You need to leave 48 hours for a skin test.

Lauren cut and highlighted my hair really well...very pleased!

Haircut felt rushed and the stylist didn’t check that the cut was even on both sides. Ended up with an uneven haircut I had to tidy up myself when I got home. Wouldn’t recommend.

i went there for a spray tan the other day and the lady (i didn’t get her name :() who done the spray tan for me was so lovely and just made you feel so comfortable. the tan has also turned out so lovely and the colour is stunning! i would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a spray tan.
