The whole team are so positive and friendly and I have never felt more welcomed into a salon, than I have at Luna. Every visit I have had to the salon, I have left not only happy with the service, but also laughing my head off.

In terms of services, I had my first bespoke facial with Kirsty two weeks ago. The facial was very informative and relaxing, so much so I actually fell asleep on the bed. My skin felt super glowy and clean afterward, so I even went and bought the PH Formula Cleanser that was recommended. I have booked in for another facial in a few weeks time and I am loving the cleanser in the meantime.

I go to Ellie for my fingers and toes, along with Hollywood waxing. Ellie always gets my nails perfect and I leave happy with colour and the quality… they always last a long time! Although today was my first Hollywood wax with Ellie, she was super professional and made me feel so at ease (even though I may have been squealing and tensing up)… I have had this type of wax before, but I have never felt as comfortable and left as happy with the results as I have today. Sorry Ellie, but I will be booking again… I hope that I’ll be more prepared next time!

I haven’t had the pleasure of having an appointment with Heidi yet, but as I consider myself a customer here for life I am sure I will get in with her at some point… She is always welcoming and friendly when I come in and happy to have a chat!

I have been going to Luna over a year now and won’t going anywhere else. All the girls are just lovely and so welcoming always up for a giggle. Can’t thank Heidi enough for all my treatments you’re the best, and also for transforming my brows! 💕

Secondly, I cannot praise Luna enough. Everything about Luna is absolutely amazing! I can 100% assure you, you will not find a better salon. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the warmest and biggest smiles which instantly puts you at ease. Their standards are second to none and the service you receive is of the highest quality. I have my nails done by Heidi and I look forward to every single appointment with her! She is the biggest perfectionist I know, therefore my nails come out perfect every single time. Heidi makes you feel extremely comfortable and nothing is ever too much for her. I honestly think the relationship with your nail tech is such an important one and I’m so glad I’ve found Heidi.

I also receive bespoke facials from Kirsty and before coming to Luna, I had no idea about skincare or how important it is, from hearing Kirsty talk about skin to her clients over getting their nails done, made me want to have a facial! I didn’t think it was something I would keep up with but that’s because I knew nothing about skin. After my first facial, I saw how passionate Kirsty was about skin and skincare and how beneficial it is. I am now a regular!

So, thank you Luna girls, thank you for creating an environment which everyone loves, you’re all wonderful.

Always go to Luna for my brows and lashes done. Luna is so friendly and welcoming and I always look forward to my appointments. Heidi has been doing my brows for around year and there’s no one else I would go to, she is the best at what she does.
