So I’ve been a client on Karen’s for years. Since opening Bank Beauty there has been a massive step change in the offer of treatments and services, this coupled with an environment that promotes relaxation, enjoyment and quality. I cannot recommend this one stop shop enough. If you want the full package or just your nails done, there is everything on offer under one roof at affordable prices and extemporary quality. I recently got ready there before my wedding and the attention to detail was second to none.

I had the “detox facial” which included dermaplaning a few weeks ago and it was not great. I’ve had facials and deramplaning done numerous times before at another beauty salon in Liverpool and it was fabulous, my skin was left glowing and felt amazing for several weeks after!!

After this facial however, my skin just looked dull!! The “detox facial” felt very rushed because too much was being fitted in with this offer.

I was disappointed with the results but decided to book another appointment for 4 weeks time and give it another try, simply because I have relocated to the area and was hoping to find a local friendly salon that I could go to regularly. I liked the idea of being able to have my hair, nails, beauty treatments and aesthetics all done in the one place.

However, prior to leaving, I asked for a price list and I was made to feel very uncomfortable by one member of staff in particular; she was rude, judgmental and very ignorant! Whilst the lady who did my facial was pleasant, my overall experience was not good. The atmosphere is cold and very unwelcoming. It’s such a shame as the building and decor is beautiful, and in a fabulous location but the staff are extremely unprofessional.

On reflection, I did feel uncomfortable when I first went in, as it is very much one of those places where the staff look you up and down, but I just put this down to me being a new client.

I regularly go to bank beauty for brows and LVL lashes with Charlotte. She’s always lovely and welcoming and what was going to be a one off has turned into a regular appointment, as they always look great. When I’ve had them done I don’t need to bother with mascara. Great for holidays!

I have just taken my stepdaughter for a hair cut with Kayleigh at Bank Beauty. As always I came away really happy with the cut. I have been going to see Kayleigh for a number of years and have followed her to Bank Beauty from her previous salon as I know I will always get the best and she will always be honest about what will suit. My stepdaughter is over the moon with her hair cut. I highly recommend a trip to Bank Beauty.

Absolutely loved my henna brows at bank beauty in hawarden today done by karen , I’m over the moon with them . Beautiful welcoming salon . Lovely staff .

3 times I’ve booked appointments here and 3 times they’ve messed up my appointments and just before my holidays . The one appointment they did manage to do was eyebrow lamination. My eyes swelled up and when I asked if they had used the same product as my patch test they said they could find the patch test I’d had. I went to another beautician for advise and they said my eyes hadn’t been laminated but waxed . Needless to say I won’t be going there again.

Attend regularly for my nails done with either Emily or Sam very pleased with treatments both always so friendly and make you feel welcome .All he staff are lovely in Bank beauty nothing too much trouble would definately recommend to others .Thank you .

Have been going to Bank since the beginning and always trust these girls to do an amazing job. It's a lovely place and the girls are fab, so warm and friendly.
