I had a LVL done here and that staff member handled everything correctly and professionally (I'm sure it was the manager/owner). The only downfall was one young member of staff wasn't very welcoming whilst entering the salon; she looked half asleep and her posture was very slumped as if she really didn't want to be there which made me a little uncomfortable. It was my first time going there for a LVL so was a little nervous and in all honesty hopeing she wasn't doing the treatment.

Had a really good experience getting my first leg wax done here on the weekend. Originally I had booked for a £20 full leg treatment but the lady who served me advised me that I didn't need it, and that the £12 half leg treatment would be better suited. I really appreciated that she didn't take advantage to make more money but instead prioritised my needs first. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing, and although it hurt a little bit she really put me at ease and was much better than trying to do it at home!

I really appreciate Abigail who did threading of my eyebrows very nicely without any pain….
I felt a friendly environment over here. I do recommend this place for my friends who are specifically looking for threading eyebrows
