Had a lovely warm welcome when I went in today to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted.
Lauren was professional and friendly.
I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Had classic eyelashes and eyebrow wax and tint done. Excellent service, treatments weren't rushed and I felt like my requests were taken on board and listened too. Salon was really clean, staff were polite and informative 🙂

Had classic lashes at a cost of £50 and very disappointed with them! Had them to go on holiday and before I went on holidays 6 days later almost half the lashes had fallen out! I followed the guidance given by the person who did my lashes and i do not use any soap / chemicals on my face - everything is soap and oil free! I messaged the salon and I felt that they wanted to blame me for something that I hadn't done and that my own natural lashes had fallen out - of checking all my lashes where still in place! They offered a mini infill but when i explained that I was now on holidays and not back until 25th May - and they didn't even bother to reply to that message! Certainly won't be using them again

lovely friendly staff. only been for sunbeds but will be trying other treatments here as my daughter has had very nice eyelashes and eyebrows from here

Awful!! Avoid, poor etiquette, poor service, terrible job done. Had lamination and to t done by the apprentice which I wasn't told until I have half way through the treatment and I wasn't offered a discount. Paid full price for something I came home and washed off because it was that bad. Avoid!!

I’ve recently got my lashes and brows done from Faking it. And I am loving it. They are so friendly and welcoming. It was my first time doing brow laminating and eyelash lifting, the staff were so lovely, made me feel welcome. They were also so helpful, answering all the question I asked no matter how silly or small they were.
This is my favorite shop now.
Going to be a regular 😁

This place is fabulous. Very friendly staff and hot sunbeds. Great price. And convenient opening hours, no need to book sunbeds just turn up. They have 2 lying down and 2 standing up sunbeds.

I’ve used the sun beds in most of the local salons and this was by far the best. Beds were hot, clean and the staff were so welcoming.

Have used other salons lately where the staff didn’t have masks on and customers were hanging around the reception desk making it very unwelcoming. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
