Absolutely fantastic beauty salon. Staff friendly and professional. Great atmosphere and a very warm welcome. I’ve had numerous treatments and I am a regular customer. I would not hesitate in recommending Karma Beauty Cowbridge.

What can I say , other than "you won't be disappointed" . So I popped in today to get my eye brows sorted out (waxed ,tinted and shaped) I have to say I was feeling a little fed up, however, Mel and Lauren who are always kind and quick to make a coffee ,and give a fantastic service... made me feel some much better in myself as well as my eyebrows. So now I've just booked a de stress package, So imagine how fabulous I'm going to feel after that . I felt a 100% better just from having my eyebrows sorted. Thank you for making feel better and look better.

As a new customer to KB I decided to try the LVL treatment which I had done 9 days ago!
As soon as I got home I realised that one eye had been overdone and my lashes were so curled and crimped that they rolled back in an o shape.
I contacted KB by phone but was quite literally told it ll go down and that was it. No empathy, no apology and tbh absolutely not interested.
I have just returned from my holiday of a week and called in today and received exactly the same “ not interested” attitude as I received a week ago.
I think this salon are simply happy to take your money but sadly are not interested in aftercare and certainly have no empathy or concern for their clients.
I spent £40 on this treatment and my one eye continues to look awful! I have been for a second opinion today to another salon who agree they have been massively overdone and I should have had my money back and been told to apply serum after the treatment.
My lovely lashes are ruined for another 5 weeks and KB simply are not interested.
I will never use this salon again and will not recommend if asked. It s such a shame that they choose to treat customers like this and I have had to leave such a review to warn any other new customers of their awful attitude. Not something I want to do but they left me no option. Just wish someone had warned me!

Lovely ladies who are very friendly and accommodating. This is the best place i have found for gel nails that last longer than two weeks before lifting. Three and a half weeks on and the polish was still unchipped and hardly any lifting at the base. If my nails hadn't grown so fast i would have had another week out of my last set. Highly recommended these ladies and their prices are very competitive too.

A terrible, terrible attitude to customer service. Despite promising that everything they do is in the interest of the customer, nothing is further from the truth.

I had been a loyal customer, up to the point of having a bad experience that most responsible, considerate people would look to resolve swiftly turned into a long, frustrating and painful ordeal to try and resolve.

Having a simple request ignored time and time again by the unhelpful team at Karma Beauty is an experience I hope no other person has to endure. I have definitely seen a side to Karma that is far from beautiful.

I have witnessed first hand their total lack of customer service and a total lack of empathy from both the business owners and staff.

If you want to buy something from Karma, they are all ears. If you want to discuss poor customer service and try to resolve an issue, you will be ignored time and time again. It was only when I began legal action did Karma begin to take notice...

Finally, after several months I can begin to put this experience behind me. I hope no one else is unfortunate enough to see this side of Karma Beauty. I was told by the owner that they’ve never had a bad review... I was foolish to believe that and also that Karma actually care about their customers.

Tip: stay away.

Absolutely fantastic service here. Had a massage voucher for Christmas and the experience was amazing.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare but it is there and not their fault it was busy. My only hindrance was the lack of signage on the building but Karma themselves? Phenomenal.

Had a lovely relaxing hot stone massage followed with some healing Reki with Mel. Really recommend these treatments . They do wonders for me . Thanks Mel .

My friend and I visited karma on Friday for a the relaxation massage - Mel and Lauren were very accommodating and friendly. I accidentally omitted when booking that I was pregnant which meant I couldn’t have the back massage but Mel quickly adapted and provided a foot /leg and hand massage instead!

We both thought the Reiki that Mel provided was really good and would both go back for the Reiki alone. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend.
