When booking an appointment I would definitely request JOE. Omg he was absolutely amazing, from start to finish.
My mother in law was booked in to have a wig fitted due to her starting chemo. We were a little hesitant at first as we didn’t have the bestest welcome off the lady upon entering. Obviously with this being a traumatic time myself and partner wanted to be with her during the appointment. Joe was apologetic and absolutely amazing, I waited in the waiting area whilst they went through. Joe was so professional during the appointment, my mother in law was so happy coming out thanks to Joe. We then had to go back to collect the wig the following week, again amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond to style and shape the wig to suit. We will be back soon to see you Joe. Thank you 😊 xxx

Outstanding service. Joe was so helpful and understanding when supporting my wife while choosing a wig due to chemo. The wig was so good that one of her friends asked when she will be having it. She was told that my wife was already wearing it. That's how good a match it is. Can't recommend enough.

I was very nervous and apprehensive about selecting a wig following my hair loss due to chemo. I needn’t have worried - what an absolute star Joe is! So professional and so experienced. An absolute joy to work with. He just “got me” straight away and knew what I wanted before I did. I showed him a picture of how my hair looked before chemo, he ordered some wigs for me to choose from, and a few days later I was walking out of the salon with my confidence sky high. Everyone I meet, can’t believe I’m wearing a wig, it’s so real and so close to how I looked before. Thanks Joe!💕💕💕💕

Wouldn't recommend as Heather was totally unhelpful with my mam who going through chemo. Must have appointment Wouldn't even show us a wig or give us a price

Just had upsetting and unprofessional encounter at this salon because I dared to express shock at a quote for £1200 for a hair toppers. I had asked for an indication of price before travelling an hour to get there an appointment which was changed at the last minute by Heather, by the way. (Not that I objected as given the circumstance and the fact that I am a reasonable person!) I was told they don't give quotes over the phone but if they'd just said it could be in the region of £1,000 I wouldn't have gone. She got very defensive and aggressive then asked us if we worked! How unprofessional! I fail to see what business that is of hers or what difference that makes! Then she told me I'd need to pay £30 consultation fee - something else that we hadn't been warned about! When my husband pointed out that I'd only been in there 10 mins and thought £30 was a lot, she told us she wasn't arguing and ordered us out before slamming the door and telling us we weren't nice people! She's now saying I cut the consultation short! Unbelievable and untrue.

I didnt cut the consultation short at all! I only came to ask about prices and to see what hair toppers actually were.

I plucked up the courage to go and look for a wig after losing my hair due to chemo. I was unaware that I needed an appointment. On arrival the lady came out from the back and said that she was rushed off her feet as she was on her own and I needed an appointment. I explained that due to me having chemo at the moment I wouldn’t be able to tell her when I could come for an appointment so that’s why Iv just got driven 30 minutes to come to the shop whilst I was having a good day and is there not any wigs I can just purchase and leave, and when I said this she seemed to get a bit off with me and said I hope I appreciate there is someone else out back with the same thing as me. Which this was not an issue with me at all and I hadn’t said nothing to indicate that it was a problem. So on that note I just said thank you and that I won’t be able to make an appointment right now due to the fact I had just had a round of chemo and was expecting to get the side effects soon. I left the shop and definitely won’t be going back as I am very hurt and upset that someone working with people going through such a sensitive time could act in a rude manner. I had heard good reviews from this shop from someone I was sat next to in treatment had said they had a lovely experience with a gentleman who seemed to love his job and made her visit pleasant. So it’s a shame really. I hope no one else has to go through an experience like this.

Well what an amazing experience I had today at Inspirations!!! Both Jo and Heather are so friendly, professional and obviously very experienced! After struggling with an ongoing hair problem, Jo has absolutely transformed me today!!! He is so knowledgeable and so friendly and understanding! I had and have total confidence in him!!! Thank you both so so much! Highly recommend this salon!

Joe is an excellent hairdresser. He is professional, kind and caring and always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I have everything I need. He always listens to how I would like my hair to be and he will make suggestions which we talk through together. During this pandemic Joe and Heather are very professional and adhere to covid rules. At no point during my visit did I feel at risk in the salon.
