What lovely staff! So welcoming and friendly. I had aromatherapy back, neck and shoulders massage. An extremely relaxing experience, felt so much better in myself. Can not wait for my next appointment.

Well poor customer service received today. Booked an appointment 2weeks ago for a gel manicure. Turned up for my appointment only to be told they cancelled in it error ( cancel wrong person appointment) was asked if I could come back tomorrow or wait over an hour and to be seen. Clearly had give someone else my appointment. Very disappointed as now had to go to my Christmas party mins my nails being done.
