We visited to get my partners hair done. Lovely place. Sarah was friendly n welcoming. Nice place.

Hit with a no refunds on vouchers policy when purchased for the wrong place. Even though I contacted them straight away. Messed up my mum's birthday. Edit: You could've just charged me a small admin fee for a refund. Instead I have bought a voucher which will probably never get used.

Got acrylic nail infills with Chloe and they were awesome! Really love them. Chloe was super lovely to chat with too which is always great during a nail appointment. Salon was nice and clean with a lovely vibe. Will definitely be going back!

Aromatherapy full body massage with Chloe was relaxing but treatment room & towels were cold.
Everywhere else I've had a massage has always provided a class of water to drink to rehydrate before leaving.

Edit: Chloe knew the room was cold as she apologised about it. Not my job to tell you to heat the towels - this has always been done as a matter of course when I’ve had massages elsewhere. Same re drink of water at end of session.

Such a friendly atmosphere! I will definitely be back.
