Booked over a week in advance to have eyelashes on Saturday morning at 10am. (For someone struggling with anxiety, this was a huge deal) only to arrive at the salon this morning to be told that the lady who does lashes was "stuck in a meeting " and would not be available until 11. Why book meetings when you have clients?. Although the offer to come back later and have the lashes for free was offered, this was not convenient and certainly not the level of service I expected. I booked an appointment with this salon via the booksy app after it was recommended by a friend. I must say the talent on the hairdressers and stylists here are amazing. The salon is very modern and professionally run. I wasn't familiar with any of the stylists and I can honestly say whilst having my hair done, seeing all the other clients leaving looking fantastic, you can't go wrong with any of them! I had my hair done with a lady named Jess. She was friendly, gave me good advice and worked miracles with my cut and full head of foils. The confidence they impart on you by doing your hair is magical. This really is one of the best salons I have been to and will be returning when required. What a clean, professional, well run, welcoming place to attend.

Found Jessica on Instagram and had my make up done. It was flawless and lasted all day. I received so many compliments throughout the night. My hair was done by Jessica’s colleague and it was exactly what I wanted. Had a lovely and friendly experience at the salon. Thank you so much. Will be recommending to family and friends.
