I was assisted by a lovely lady called Emma at Boots in Newport Retail Park. She advised me on which brow pencil to use, when my old one needed replacing & tinted my brows, at my request. . I was very satisfied with the results. She talked me through the procedure & was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She was a delightful lady & I will definitely ask for her again next time.

Wow Brow !! Is all I can say. What a fab experience with the amazing Emma. I walked in feeling a bit apprehensive about having my eye brows dyed as I have grey hair. Emma tinted them perfectly. Her knowledge was superb she was sooo reassuring. Have booked my next appointment. I would thoroughly recommend 😀

Had my brows waxed at the Boots store in spytty by Emma. Shes so lovely and did an amazing job!!! my brows have never looked so good. Definitely found my new brow spot! :)

I’ve been going to Emma now for 9 months and as always she makes me feel at ease, takes time and precision to make sure my brows are always perfect. I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Emma is a magician when it comes eyebrow services and colour matching. When I needed a new concealer she colour matched me perfectly by eye and she always pulls out the best shades of lipstick/blusher for my skin tone. I don’t trust anyone else with my brows and she’s so lovely the whole experience is very relaxing! Thanks Emma!

Had a brow wax and tint with Emma & couldn’t recommend the service/her enough. I was nervous coming for the first time but she was so friendly and really took the time to understand what I wanted, and talked me through each step to make sure I was happy at each stage. She also gave me great tips on how to manage my brows at home. Really happy with my brows and will definitely be coming back!

Today I attended for a wax and brow tint with Emma and I can’t recommend the service enough! Emma was so attentive and really thorough in ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my brows. She took particular care in the shape of my brows which I was so pleased with. I have gotten my brows done at benefit for a long time but Emma is by far my favourite. So happy to have found my new brow tech!
